1.  現有條款規定

Commencement and Termination of Cover

Warehouse to Warehouse Clause:

This insurance attaches from the time the goods hereby insured leave thewarchouse or place of storage named in the Policy for the commencement of the transitand continues in force in the ordinary course of transit including sea,land and inland waterway transits and transit in lighter until the insured goods are delivered to theconsignee's final warehouse. or place of storage at the destination named in the Policyor to any other place used by the insured for allocation or distribution of the goods or forstorage other. than in the ordinary course of transit. This insurance shall, however, belimited to sixty(60)days after completion of discharge of the insured goods from thescagoing vessel at the final port of discharge before they reach the above mentionedwarehouse or place of storage. If prior to the expiry of the above mentioned sixty(60)days,the insured goods are to be forwarded to a destination other than that named inthe Policy, this insurance shall terminate at the commencement of such transit.

If, owing to delay,deviation, forced discharge,reshipment or transshipmentbeyond the control of the Insured or any change or termination of the voyage arisingfrom the exercise of a liberty granted to the shipowners under the contract ofaffreightment, the insured goods arrive at a port or place other than that named in thePolicy, subject to immediate notice being given to the Company by the Insured and anadditional premium being paid if required, this insurance shall remain in force and shallterminate as hereunder:

(1)If the insured goods are old at port or place not named in the Policy, thisinsurance shall terminate on delivery of the goods sold, but in no event shall thisinsurance extend beyond sixty(60)days after completion of discharge of the insuredgoods from the carrying vessel at such port or place.

(2)If the insured goods are to be forwarded to the final destination named in thePolicy or any other destination, this insurance shall terminate in accordance withSection I above.

2.倉至倉條款

基本險承保責任起訖期限或稱保險期限，采用國際保險業務中慣用的“倉至倉條款”(Warehouse to Warehouse,W/W Clause),即保險責任自被保險貨物運離保險單所載明的起運地倉庫或儲存處所開始運輸時生效，包括正常運輸過程中的海上、陸上、內河和駁船運輸在內，直至該項貨物到達保險單所載明目的地收貨人的最后倉庫或儲存處所或被保險人用作分配、分派或非正常運輸的其他儲存處所為止。如未抵達上述倉庫或儲存處所，則以被保險貨物在最后卸貨港全部卸離海輪后滿60天為止。如在上述60天被保險貨物需轉運至非保險單所載明的目的地時，則于貨物開始轉運時終止。

3.特殊情況下的保險期間

由于被保險人無法控制的運輸延遲、繞道、被迫卸貨、重行裝載、轉載或承運人運用運輸契約賦予的權限所作的任何航海上的變更或終止運輸契約，致使被保險貨物運到非保險單所載明目的地時，在被保險人應及時將獲知的情況通知保險人，并在必要時加繳保險費的情況下，本保險仍繼續有效。保險責任按下列規定終止：

(1)被保險貨物如在非保險單所載明的目的地出售，保險責任至交貨時為止，但不論任何情況，均以被保險貨物在卸載港全部卸離海輪后滿60天為止。

(2)被保險貨物如在上述60天期限內繼續運往保險單所載原日的地或其他目的地時，保險責任仍按通常的規定終止。
